Commercial charging equipment
EV Chargers and Electric Car Chargers
You Rich supplies commercial EV charger equipment for charging sites in China. The range includes 7kW and 14kW AC EV chargers, 80kW to 240kW DC fast chargers, portable DC units and the management software needed to operate chargers across multiple locations.
What is an EV charger?
An EV charger is equipment that safely supplies electrical power to an electric vehicle. Buyers also search for this equipment as an electric car charger, electric vehicle charger or car charging unit. In everyday commercial use, these terms describe the same product category, although the correct equipment depends on vehicle demand, parking time, available grid capacity and the operating model.
A charger is one component of a complete EV charging station. A station also includes parking bays, electrical distribution, civil works, networking, payment or user access, monitoring software, safety measures and maintenance procedures.
Commercial EV charger options
| Charger type | You Rich range | Typical site fit |
|---|---|---|
| AC EV charger | 7kW and 14kW | Residential communities, workplaces and locations where vehicles stay parked longer. |
| DC fast charger | 80kW, 120kW, 160kW, 180kW, 200kW and 240kW configurations | Public and commercial stations that need faster vehicle turnover. |
| Portable DC charger | Portable DC charging equipment | Flexible deployment, service support and sites with a specialized operating need. |
| Management platform | Multi-site charger, order, user and maintenance management | Operators that need visibility across equipment and charging locations. |
AC charger or DC fast charger?
The right choice starts with dwell time. An AC electric car charger is often suitable when a vehicle can remain parked for several hours. A DC fast charger is more appropriate when a commercial site depends on shorter charging sessions and faster turnover. A large charging station may combine both types to serve different drivers.
Power rating alone does not determine project quality. Before selecting an EV charger, the project team should review transformer and grid capacity, expected vehicle mix, daily traffic, parking behavior, cable routes, operating hours, software requirements and maintenance access. The charger configuration should follow the site, rather than forcing the site to fit a product list.
What to check before buying EV chargers
- Site demand: estimate who will charge, when they arrive and how long they park.
- Power capacity: confirm the electrical capacity available before fixing charger quantity or power.
- Vehicle compatibility: define the vehicles and connector requirements for the target market and project.
- Software: check device monitoring, charging sessions, payments, users, fault alerts and revenue reporting.
- Delivery scope: separate equipment supply from design, installation, commissioning and station handover.
- After-sales support: understand fault response, maintenance responsibilities and spare-parts support.
